i made tiramisu~
i was flipping though some of my sister old 'woman weekly' mags wen i saw a recipe for orange tiramisu
upon noting that the recipe require no baking i decide to try making it..

This is the recipe in case u are interested

1. combine mascarpone, orange concentrate, rum and vanilla extract.gradually fold in sugar
2. in a chilled bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.Fold cream into mascarpone mixture.
3. place half of the biscuits in a flat baking dish ; pour half espresso over.let biscuits absorb espresso for 10 secs lift them out of dish;arrange in a singel layer in a 15x30 cm glass dish
4. spread half mascarpone mixture over biscuits.top with some orange cubes.repeat process with remaining ingredients, until you have two layers of biscuits and mascarpone grate chocolate over top.
5.cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.serve cold
look simple enough?..the ingredient look easy enough to find...with avaliable in supermaket written all over them
but mind u i went to 3 different supermarket i still could not find the complete ingredients...
sponge biscuits, seem like anywhere also have right...but i only found in at the third supermarket i went to at woodlands

i have have kept this bicuits for almost two months, wonder they can still be eaten?
i replaced most of the ingredient bcuz i could find them.
mascarpone cheese i replace with cream spread cheese , thickened cream i replace with whipping cream, espresso i replace with 3-in-1 coffee mix, i have no orange or dark rum so i used orange cointreau instead
hey...so i guess my tiramisu is quite original...keke

nice?

the tase is ok i guess , first time i make a cake other thn in the tolite anyway...keke
